Prepare coordinated MEP shop drawings, as-built
drawings, and detail layouts based on project requirements.Develop detailed designs and construction drawings
using AutoCAD, Revit, or other software.Coordinate MEP drawings with structural and
architectural drawings to avoid conflicts.
Conduct site visits to gather required data and ensure
drawing accuracy.
Revise drawings based on engineers’ and consultants’
comments. Previous Gulf experience is an advantage
Maintain an updated log of all drawing revisions and
submissions.
Prepare quantity take-offs and material BOQs from
drawings and specifications.
Assist in cost estimation and tendering processes for
MEP works.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for
compliance with specifications.
Monitor project cost variations and support in the
preparation of variation orders.
Track material usage and reconcile against BOQ.
Support procurement with quantities and
specifications for MEP materials.
