15 to 20 years of GCC experience in contracting firms (civil construction, marine, infrastructure, building). The ideal candidate should lead and manage a portfolio of civil, infrastructure and marine construction projects. He should be responsible for the coordination and oversight of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organization goals, budgetary controls , risk management and timely delivery. He is responsible to provide leadership directions to project managers and site teams, align project execution with strategic business objectives, establish KPIs, progress monitoring, conduct periodic reviews and ensure corrective actions where needed. Education : BE or B Tech Civil / Equivalent + PMP Certified;
