A strong track record in managing the full project lifecycle—from mobilization to handover—is essential, ensuring timely completion and compliance with contractual, safety, and quality requirements. In addition, the candidate should possess sound technical knowledge of civil, architectural, MEP, and interior finishing works, with the ability to resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
