The ideal candidate should have 12–15 years of experience in managing construction operations for large-scale residential, commercial, and high-end building construction till finishing , preferably within the GCC or international markets. They must demonstrate a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate site execution, and ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. A strong track record in managing the full project lifecycle—from mobilization to handover—is essential, ensuring timely completion and compliance with contractual, safety, and quality requirements. In addition, the candidate should possess sound technical knowledge of civil, architectural, MEP, and interior finishing works, with the ability to resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
